FC Barcelona 2025/26 Nike Third Kit

FC Barcelona have officially released their Nike third kit for the 2025/26 season. Designed in a striking bright mango color, the kit will be worn during the club’s campaign in La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the UEFA Champions League. The design draws on past inspirations while incorporating modern detailing, creating a shirt that connects club history with contemporary football aesthetics.  

One of the most notable references behind the FC Barcelona 2025/26 third  jersey is its connection to the 2009 FIFA Club World Cup final. That match marked the completion of Barcelona’s historic sextuple under Pep Guardiola, an achievement that included La Liga, Copa del Rey, and UEFA Champions League titles in addition to international trophies. The new kit’s base color revives the orange shade famously worn by players such as Lionel Messi, Thierry Henry, and Samuel Eto’o during that era.  

Beyond historical inspiration, the 2025/26 third kit also pays tribute to Nike’s Total90 line from the early 2000s. The Total90 range was recognizable for its bold designs and technical precision, concepts echoed in the new release. The choice of a vivid mango tone carries the same visual impact, while navy accents add contrast and depth to the overall design.  

Geometric elements define the shirt’s patterning, with pipe details running across the front to create structure. A navy block on the collar and back reinforces the color contrast, offering balance against the otherwise dominant bright coloring. Both shorts and socks share the same mango base with navy applications to maintain uniform consistency.  

In addition to its design aspects, the Barcelona 25/26 third kit aligns with Nike’s trend of merging modern textile technology with storytelling rooted in club identity. By referencing one of Barcelona’s most successful eras and a recognizable chapter in the club’s style evolution, the shirt aims to highlight tradition without replicating past kits directly.

As with previous iterations, functionality on the pitch remains a priority, ensuring lightweight comfort and performance durability across competitions.
