Manchester United 2025/26 adidas Away Kit

Published on

Manchester United Football Club has officially launched the adidas away kit for the 2025/26 season, drawing direct inspiration from one of its most celebrated shirts—the 1992 away jersey. This latest design reintroduces the iconic snowflake graphic, deeply associated with that era, but updates it with a contemporary palette and construction.

The new Manchester United away kit presents a white base adorned with a modern interpretation of the famed snowflake motif in lilac. The club’s devil crest, the adidas logo, and three plum-colored stripes down each shoulder offer a distinct contrast, while an overlapping EQT V-neck collar, plum shorts, and white socks round out the ensemble.

Jurgen Rank, senior design director at adidas, described the creative direction behind this kit: “For this season’s away jersey we wanted to reimagine one of the club’s most iconic graphics of the past, and reinterpret it for the modern day in a bold new way through an updated colour palette. The rich purples work in harmony with the white base and metallic detailing, and we’re excited to see it on-pitch and in the stands this season.”

The launch of the Manchester United 2025/26 away kit marks a return to lighter tones, following last season’s blue kit. This stylistic decision not only honors United’s storied past, but also offers a reimagined visual identity for fans and players alike. The snowflake graphic, now more prominent and rendered in a soft, metallic-effect lilac, underscores a blend of tradition and modernity.

Ruben Amorim’s team showcased the 2025/26 away strip for the first time during a pre-season friendly against Leeds United in Stockholm. The kit will continue to be part of Manchester United’s regular rotation for all away fixtures in the upcoming Premier League, EFL Cup, and FA Cup competitions.
