AC Milan and PUMA have officially revealed the club’s home kit for the 2025/26 season, featuring a distinctive flame pattern that pays homage to the Rossoneri’s historical origins.
The new design incorporates fire motifs across the traditional red and black stripes, directly referencing the vision established by club founder Herbert Kilpin in 1899. The kit will serve as AC Milan’s primary uniform for their upcoming Italian Serie A and Coppa Italia campaigns.
The design concept of the AC Milan 225/26 PUMA home jersey stems from Herbert Kilpin’s original vision when he founded the club over a century ago. Kilpin envisioned AC Milan as a “team of devils,” declaring that their colors would be “red like flames and black to invoke fear in our opponents.”
The devil symbol subsequently became an integral part of the club’s identity, recognized by supporters worldwide. The 2025/26 home kit translates this historic symbolism into contemporary design elements, featuring flame patterns integrated into the iconic striped pattern alongside a fiery red interpretation of the club crest.
The jersey will make its competitive debut on May 24, 2025, when AC Milan faces Monza in their final Serie A fixture of the current season.
