São Paulo FC 2025 New Balance Home Kit

New Balance Football has unveiled São Paulo Futebol Clube’s 2025 home jersey, which will be worn during their campaigns in the Campeonato Paulista, Campeonato Brasileiro Serie A, Copa do Brasil, and Copa Libertadores. The design commemorates the 20th anniversary of São Paulo’s third club world championship, in which they became Brazil’s only three-time winner of the prestigious tournament.

The inner collar bears a meaningful inscription: “One is little. Two is good. Three, only São Paulo,” emphasizing the club’s unique achievement. A subtle detail on the back collar marks 26:03, the precise moment when Mineiro scored the winning goal against Liverpool FC in the 2005 FIFA Club World Cup final.

The design incorporates several Japanese-inspired elements, reflecting the connection to the tournament hosted in Japan. These include traditional Japanese text inside the club crest translating to “São Paulo FC / You are strong, you are great” – words from the club’s anthem. The lower portion of the jersey features an emblem adorned with Cherry Blossoms, a symbol of Japanese culture, alongside other commemorative icons.

New Balance has enhanced the São Paulo 2025 home jersey’s prestigious appearance by rendering its logo in gold. The traditional white base and red and black details of the home jersey remains, maintaining São Paulo’s iconic identity while incorporating these anniversary elements.

The significance of the commemorative design was highlighted by its launch event in Japan, which brought together three key figures from the 2005 São Paulo team: Mineiro, whose goal secured the historic victory; Josué, and Lugano.
