The Faroe Islands Football Association (FSF) has partnered with Italian sportswear manufacturer Erreà to launch a distinctive new kit collection for the national team, set to be utilized across multiple international tournaments from 2024 to 2026. These jerseys will feature during the Faroe Islands’ FIFA World Cup 2026 qualification campaign, the 2025 UEFA Women’s Nations League, and international friendly matches.
Erreà says that the Faroe Islands 2024/26 kit series represents more than mere sportswear; it embodies a strategic approach to elevating the Faroese national team’s technical capabilities and international visibility. By carefully designing three shirts that share a unified aesthetic, Erreà has created a visual narrative that connects deeply with the archipelago’s national identity and sporting aspirations.
Each jersey in the collection follows a consistent design philosophy, characterized by an elegant and minimalist approach. The defining feature is a central vertical stripe that ingeniously incorporates colors representing the Faroese national flag. The Faroe Islands 24/26 home shirt utilizes white as its primary color, the away jersey showcases blue, and the third kit is anchored in black – creating a comprehensive and cohesive visual representation of national pride.
Subtle design elements enhance the kits’ sophisticated appearance. A V-neck and colored sleeve trims provide visual contrast, while the back of the collar proudly displays the Faroese flag. Branding is strategically positioned, with Erreà’s logo centrally located on the chest and the Football Association’s emblem positioned on the left side, creating a balanced look.
