The commemorative jersey, designed by British sportswear manufacturer Castore, draws inspiration from the team’s original 1907/08 season kit and will debut in their Bundesliga fixture against Holstein Kiel on October 5.

The centerpiece of this heritage design is the authentic Turn- und Spielverein der Farbenfabriken vorm. Friedrich Bayer & Co. logo, prominently featured on the left chest. Castore’s emblem appears on the opposite side in a subtle tone-on-tone finish, while sponsor logos, including Barmenia’s historic emblem, are similarly rendered in matching shades to maintain the jersey’s classic aesthetic.

The black base color of the Bayer 04 Leverkusen 120th Anniversary Castore jersey mirrors the “costumes,” as they were known in the early 1900s, while distinctive design elements include a striking red collar and decorative golden buttons.
