1. FC Köln hummel Podolski LP10 Jersey

The legendary 1. FC Köln and Germany striker, Lukas Podolski, will bid farewell to the RheinEnergieSTADION with a Thank You Match on October 10, 2024. To honor this momentous occasion, the club and its kit partner, hummel, have collaborated to create a commemorative LP10 jersey. This jersey pays homage to the one worn by Podolski during his first home game for 1. FC Köln on November 22, 2003, when he was just 18 years old.

With 181 appearances and 86 goals for 1. FC Köln, Lukas Podolski has solidified his status as a true legend of the club. To celebrate his remarkable career, the club, in collaboration with hummel, has designed a special LP10 jersey that evokes the spirit of his early days in the red and white colors.

The LP10 jersey features a predominantly white design, reminiscent of the 1. FC Köln home kit from the 2003/2004 season. It is adorned with striking red accents on the shoulders, side panels, collar, sleeve cuffs, and hem. A notable detail is the lenticular badge on the right sleeve, which alternates between the LP10 logo and the Cologne city coat of arms. This dynamic badge creates a three-dimensional effect that changes depending on the viewing angle.

On October 10, 2024, Lukas Podolski will make his debut in the LP10 jersey at the sold-out Thank You Match at RheinEnergieSTADION. The star-studded lineup for the match will include former teammates from FC Köln, members of Germany’s victorious 2014 World Cup team, players from the current FC team, and teammates from Podolski’s Polish hometown club, Gornik Zabrze.
