Borussia Dortmund 2024/25 PUMA Away and Third Kits Released
Borussia Dortmund, in collaboration with PUMA, has revealed its away and third kits for the 2024/25 season, set to be worn during their German Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, and UEFA Champions League campaigns. The new designs reflect the club’s values and history, offering fans a fresh look for the upcoming season.
The BVB 24/25 PUMA away shirt embodies Dortmund’s commitment to inclusivity with its “United by Borussia” theme. This mantra is incorporated throughout the jersey in various forms, including traditional text, sign language, and Braille.
The design aims to represent the diverse fanbase and highlight the club’s ongoing efforts to combat discrimination in all its forms, promoting an open and welcoming community.
Featuring a classic black base, the Borussia Dortmund 2024/25 PUMA away jersey is accented by a striking yellow midsection. The PUMA logo and club badge are prominently displayed, while a round neck collar adds a touch of sophistication.
Black tonal stripes wrap across the jersey, creating a subtle yet distinctive pattern. The kit is completed with matching black shorts and socks, presenting a cohesive and bold look for Dortmund’s away matches.
The 2024/25 third kit pays homage to Borussia Dortmund’s roots, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Borussia-Sportplatz, formerly known as Weisse Wiese.
This ground, located at Borsigplatz, was the club’s first home and played a crucial role in establishing BVB’s legacy since 1909. The jersey’s design incorporates a custom pattern featuring iconic white leaves, a nod to the nickname “Weisse Wiese” (White Meadow) given to the original grounds.
