PSV 2024/25 PUMA Away Kit

Dutch Eredivisie champions PSV and technical partner PUMA have launched the club’s striking new away kit for the 2024/25 season. The bold dark shirt design features bright, vibrant colors in a pattern inspired by the iconic Philips test image that was pivotal in the rise of televised football.

The Philips test image gained fame as the first color test pattern broadcast when color television launched in the 1960s. Its distinct bright stripes against a dark background provided an easily identifiable calibration display.

The electronics company from which PSV originated as an employee team was instrumental in the first broadcast of a football match in the Netherlands. The contest was between PSV and Eindhoven.

PSV will debut the 2024/25 PUMA away kit on May 12th when they wear it for the first time in an Eredivisie away match against Fortuna Sittard.
