Seattle Sounders 2024/25 Home Jersey

Former MLS Cup and CONCACAF Champions Cup winners Seattle Sounders FC have unveiled their 2024/25 adidas home jersey. The shirt is called “The Anniversary Kit” to celebrate the well-supported club’s 50th anniversary season.

Described by Seattle Sounders as a blend of the old and new, “The Anniversary Kit” serves as a visual tribute to the team’s origins and enduring legacy, while also nodding to the exciting times ahead for the club. The design philosophy behind the Sounders 2024 adidas jersey aimed to modernize the vintage Sounders aesthetic, encapsulating five decades of history in a design that feels both familiar and fresh.

Featuring the club’s signature Rave Green as the primary color, complemented by charming striping in Heritage Aqua, the shirt reflects the evolution of Sounders FC’s brand, with these colors introduced last year as part of an official brand update. The striping pattern pays homage to the classic NASL pinstriped jerseys of the 1983 season, while thick white trim around the neck and sleeves adds to the retro vibe.

A significant addition to the Seattle Sounders 2024/25 home kit is the club’s evolved primary crest, prominently displayed on both the jersey and shorts for the first time. Retaining core elements from the MLS-era mark, the new crest integrates feedback from fans to honor the club’s entire history. At its core sits a modernized Space Needle design flanked by the founding year, 1974, serving as a constant reminder of the club’s roots.

The jersey’s unique jock tag features a sleek interpretation of the classic NASL logo, incorporating a new “wavemark” to symbolize Sounders FC’s connection to Puget Sound. Additionally, the neck hit showcases the club’s popular Orca tertiary mark, drawing inspiration from past Sounders logos to create a blend of retro and modern aesthetics.

Completing the Sounders FC 2024 adidas primary ensemble are light blue shorts and classic white socks, adding a touch of freshness and cleanliness to the overall look.
