Palmeiras 2024 PUMA Home and Away Kits
In celebration of the club’s 110th anniversary, PUMA and Palmeiras have launched the reigning Brazilian champions’ new home and away kits for the 2024/25 season. The campaign, titled “What Makes Us Family,” captures the essence of belonging, struggle, and shared love that unites the Palmeiras family. The debut of this collection will take place during the game against Santos on January 28th at Allianz Parque, marking the third round of the Campeonato Paulista 2024.
The new 2024/25 uniforms pay homage to Palmeiras’ rich history and legacy. Leila Pereira, Palmeiras president, emphasizes the importance of this exceptional year for the club’s fans. The shared ambition is to forge another year filled with accomplishments, solidifying the partnership between PUMA and Palmeiras as a victorious collaboration.
The campaign also celebrates the impressive trophies won during the PUMA and Palmeiras partnership, which is hailed as the most successful in the club’s history. Since 2019, Palmeiras has secured 11 major championships, leaving an indelible mark on the football world. Luciana Soares, PUMA Brazil’s marketing director, acknowledges the successful partnership and reaffirms the brand’s commitment to honoring Palmeiras’ legacy while embracing a FOREVER.FASTER. vision.
The new jerseys for the 2024 season embody the strength and success of the celebrated Palmeiras squad. Rooted in traditionalism, sophistication, and elegance, the uniforms reflect the club’s position as one of the most successful teams globally.
For the first time, the home and away jerseys share an identical pattern, featuring three historic Palmeiras emblems. These symbols hold immense significance as they commemorate the club’s 110th anniversary in 2024. The Palestra Italia shield from 1914 makes its inaugural appearance on the uniform, accompanied by the Cruz de Savoia (1916) and the P (1942) emblem, representing the team’s name change to Palmeiras. The current emblem, utilized since 1959, proudly adorns the chest of the shirt.
PUMA introduces a groundbreaking design with a polo collar and a unified concept for both uniforms. The 2024 home shirt showcases the iconic Palmeiras green color, complemented by a white collar and sleeves. In keeping with tradition, the away shirt is crafted in white, featuring a green collar and sleeves. Gold accents elevate the sponsors’ emblems, numbers, and players’ names, and the innovative inclusion of the “110 years” engraving beneath the chest emblem adds a unique touch.
Palmeiras and PUMA offer three distinct versions of the jerseys: Player, Supporter, and Stadium. Each version caters to different price expectations and technologies to provide optimal moisture absorption and comfort. The home and away Player versions replicate the products worn by Palmeiras players on the pitch, featuring premium Jacquard fabric, TPU emblems and logos, and PUMA’s advanced dryCELL technology.
