Boca Juniors Club World Cup Anniversary Kit

adidas Argentina has released a special edition jersey celebrating the 20th Anniversary of Boca Juniors’ 2003 FIFA Club World Cup title. The shirt also recognizes the three Primera Argentina powerhouse’s 1977 and 2000 Intercontinental Cup wins.

The Boca Juniors Club World Cup 20th Anniversary shirt is inspired by the v-necked home kit worn during when the team defeated AC Milan on penalties on December 14th, 2003 at International Stadium in Yokohama, Japan.

Three stars in Boca’s yellow with blue borders are printed between the club’s badge and adidas logo on the front of the jersey. The last two digits of each year that CABJ won a world title appears within the stars. “Three-time World Champion” is printed in yellow Japanese letters beneath the stars.

The shirt is unsponsored and will not be worn for any Boca Juniors matches.
