West Ham United has unveiled its new away kit for its 2023/24 Premier League, UEFA Europa League, EFL Cup, and FA Cup seasons, a classic all-white outfit with subtle flashes of claret and blue. The Hammers crest and the Umbro logo have a shiny effect that adds to the elegance of the kit.
The 23/24 away jersey celebrates the West Ham Way, a unique style of play that was developed in the 1950s by visionary manager Ted Fenton and his players, such as Malcolm Allison, Noel Cantwell and John Bond. They created the Academy of Football, a tradition of producing talented players who play with flair and passion.
The West Ham 2023/24 Umbro away shirt launch took place in an art studio near the original location of the Thames Ironworks, where the club was founded.
The launch featured some of the club’s current stars, such as Lucas Paquetá, Nayef Aguerd and Emerson, who scored important goals in the UEFA Europa Conference League, as well as Saïd Benrahma and Pablo Fornals. It also included young players from the Academy, such as Ben Johnson and Divin Mubama, and women’s team players Halle Houssein and Mel Filis.
