The newly unveiled Aston Villa 2023/24 Castore home kit is a tribute to the club’s fans and the history.
The shirt features a soundwave pattern that represents the ‘Allez, Allez, Allez’ chant sung by the supporters at Villa Park. The jersey’s crest is a redesigned version of the one worn by the 1982 European Cup winners.
Aston VIlla will use both its round and the shield crests in different contexts and will seek feedback from the fans throughout the season. The club is also preparing for its 150th anniversary next season and will involve the fans in shaping its future identity.
