Danish Superliga champions FC Copenhagen (FC København) will be in the spotlight on Wednesday when they meet Manchester City in the UEFA Champions League.
Denmark’s most successful club of the past two decades is wearing a three kit playing range from adidas for the 2022/23 season. All three jerseys include a signoff featuring the Copenhagen coat of arms and the text “Tredive år for klubben & byen” (Thirty years for the club & the city) in recognition of FCK’s thirtieth anniversary.
The FC Copenhagen 22/23 adidas home jersey is in the club’s usual primary white. It is accented with dark blue pinstripes on its front and lower back. The new alternate shirt features black and blue stripes to the two teams, KB and B1903, that combined to form FCK.
FC Copenhagen’s 2022/23 adidas third kit is bright pink with dark blue at its v-neck and sleeve cuffs. The colorway is inspired by the club’s 2009/10 and 2010/11 change shirts. Both seasons saw FCK make the knockout rounds of European competition.
