AFC Ajax 2022/23 adidas x Daily Paper Third Kit

AFC Ajax have collaborated with Amsterdam fashion brand Daily Paper for their 2022/23 adidas third kit.

According to the club the mainly gold jersey “celebrates Amsterdam’s unique street football culture and its golden generation, to recognize its impact on the sense of belonging and community in Amsterdam.”

Tonal images of nine of the most popular street soccer courts in Amsterdam appear on the front and sleeves of the shirt. They are prominently featured in the kit’s launch video.

A vertical stripe in the black and red of the city of Amsterdam flag runs along the front center of the jersey. The city’s coat of arms is placed on the nape with green and African-inspired shields added to it.

Daily Paper’s logo appears under the AFC Ajax crest and the coat of arms on retail versions of the jersey. Eredivisie, KNVB Cup, and UEFA Champions League regulations prohibit the appearance of the Daily Paper branding on match worn versions of the AFC Ajax 22/23 third kit.
