Leicester City Football Club released its adidas home kit for its 2022/23 Barclays Premier League, EFL Cup, and FA Cup seasons on Tuesday.
The jersey boasts The Foxes familiar primary blue with white accents. It uses a new polo collared, v-neck design from adidas.
The shirt was launched using Leicester City’s “Creatic Iconic” campaign. The clubs describes the initiative as “a season-long celebration of great Leicester City moments that fixed shirts of past eras into the Club’s history and embedded them into the memory of every Foxes fan.”
The Leicester City 22/23 adidas home kit takes its inspiration from the its home jerseys of the 1970s and 1980s worn by club legends like Gary Lineker and Alan Smith. It was modeled by talismanic Foxes striker Jamie Vardy for its launch at the King Power Stadium.
