West Ham United Football Club today dropped its Umbro home kits for its 2022/23 English Premier League, FA Cup, EFL Cup, and UEFA Conference League runs.
The new Hammers primary jersey is in the East London club’s famed claret with light blue accents. It uses a bespoke rounded collar design from Umbro.
The shirt is based on the West Ham shirt worn over the course of the 1992/93 promotion-winning season. The shoulder stripes of the classic kit have been replaced with a scratched graffiti effect inspired by the architectural lines and structures of the team’s London Stadium on the new jersey.
The West Ham 22/23 home shirt will be worn with either light blue or claret shorts. Claret socks will be used with both uniform configurations.
WHUFC will debut its 2022/23 Umbro home kit during pre-season friendlies against Ipswich Town and Boreham Wood in mid-July.
