Manchester United adidas Teamgeist Jersey

Manchester United FC’s players wore the team’s newly released adidas Teamgeist jersey for warm-ups ahead of their 3-2 Premier League win over Arsenal at Old Trafford on Thursday.

The shirt celebrates the fifteenth anniversary of the still popular Teamgeist football kit design that adidas created for the likes of Germany, Argentina and Japan at FIFA World Cup 2006. Some of the brand’s best known club teams went on to adopt the design for their 2006/07 seasons.

The Manchester United 2021/22 adidas Teamgeist jersey uses the template with a black base detailed by the club’s red and white. The MUFC crest is embroidered on the left breast.

The shirt features a mid-2000s loose fit with the adidas authenticity hologram, ClimaCool print and Teamgeist logo of the time.
