Former German Bundesliga football club TSV 1860 München has released its 2021 Christmas kit from technical partner Nike. It will be worn by Die Löwen (The Lions) for the team’s 3. Liga match against 1. FC Magdeburg on December 4th.
The TSV 1860 München jersey features a white base with golden details. The club says that the colors stand for a peaceful Advent and Christmas season and cohesion in a time in which many people require help and support. The color scheme is reminiscent of the much sought-after TSV Oktoberfest jersey of the 2017/2018 season. Gold stands for warmth with the lion family and white for a new beginning.
“Einmal Löwe, immer Löwe” (One a Lion, always a Lion) is printed on the nape of the polo collared kit. The lion from the TSV 1860 crest is embossed on the jersey’s lower right front area.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the shirt will go to victim of the recent flood that affected the Berchtesgaden region to the southeast of Munich.
