Le Coq Sportif Colombia has reissued the Deportivo Cali 1986/97 kit via a modern remake that closely resembles the original.
Well-received by Los Azucareros (The Sugarmakers) fans, the jersey features the Deportivo Cali crest of the 1980s and the club’s sole shirt sponsor from the mid-1980s. “Glorioso O Glorioso” is printed on the inside neckline.
The shirt was worn by legendary Colombian midfielder Carlos “El Pibe” Valderrama and the rest of the Deportivo Cali team that placed second in the 1986 Categoría Primera A.
