FC Barcelona 2021/22 Nike Third Kit

FC Barcelona today revealed their 2021/22 Nike third kit. The new Blaugrana shirt will be worn by the club’s men’s and women’s team for only UEFA Champions League matches. It will make its on the pitch debut when the Barça men’s team meets Bayern Munich in the competition’s group stage opener at the Camp Nou on Tuesday.

The FC Barcelona 21/22 third kit gives the club’s iconic red and blue stripes an innovative effect by depicting five of the city of Barcelona’s neighborhood via artist renderings.

According to FCB: One of the most unusual elements of this strip is that although it keeps the traditional vertical blue and red stripes, they appear in neon tones and incorporate different background designs that reflect five Barcelona neighbourhoods: Poble-sec, Poble Nou, Gràcia, Raval and Les Corts. The most iconic architectural and cultural landmarks of each of these districts are depicted in reinterpreted silhouettes by young local talents. Each stripe also pays homage to the scarves worn by fans on a match day. The kit is completed by shorts in the same blue color as the shirt bearing a dark blue stripe on the sides with the words ‘El nostre Barça’ (Our Barça). The message also appears on the socks.

Deep blue side stripes feature the text “Barça El Nostre” (Our Barça). The round neck kit’s collar and sleeve cuffs are in the same color.

The shirt is available in player issue (Match) and fan replica (Stadium) versions. It is matched with classic blue Barcelona shorts and black socks with red and blue stripes.
