West Bromwich Albion Football Club today released its 2021/22 home kit from technical partner PUMA.
The shirt will be The Baggies first choice jersey for the upcoming EFL Championship season as they look to bounce back to the English Premier League.
The West Brom 21/22 home kit departs from the club’s well-known navy blue and white vertical stripes for the first time since the team donned a white pinstriped shirt during the 2014/15 season. It was the only time since 1947 that WBA did not have a striped look until now.
West Brom’s new primary jersey features a wide dark blue vertical band on its front and back. The sleeves and shoulders use the same color. Blocks of white are used on the sides. Red trims the rear collar and sleeves.
The blue section of the kit has a tonal print of the first verse of Bible verse Psalm 23 that WBA fans have sung from its terraces for decades.
West Bromwich Albion kicks off its 2021/22 EFL Championship season against AFC Bournemouth on August 6th.
