Sweden Tokyo Olympics Soccer Kits

The Swedish Olympic Committee (Sveriges Olympiska Kommitté) has signed a deal with UNIQLO that will see the Japanese fast fashion retailer outfit Team Sweden at this summer’s Tokyo Olympic and Paralympics Games.

The Sweden collection for Tokyo 2021 includes home and away kits that will be worn by the country’s women’s football team.

The Sweden UNIQLO Tokyo Olympics primary jersey is in neon yellow for the first time in Swedish soccer history. The away kit sticks with Sweden’s customary alternate navy blue.

Both jerseys use the same v-neck design from UNIQLO. Small tonal versions of the Nordic Cross from the Swedish national flag forming horizontal bands throughout the jerseys. A large version of the cross can be seen at the backs of the kits.

Silver medalists at Rio 2016, Sweden’s women’s national football team is pooled with Australia, New Zealand in the group stage of the Tokyo Olympics.
