Malagasy Football Federation technical sponsor Macron today unveiled the home, away and third kits that will be worn by the Madagascar men’s and women’s national teams over the next year.
The Madagascar 2021/22 home jersey is a slim-fit affair in the team’s traditional green with a white and red collar. The front of the jersey is enriched with sublimated graphics of the “Aloalo” (pole sculpture) and “Barea” (zebu head).
The away jersey has the same technical features and design as the home shirt is mainly red with the green and white of the island nation’s flag on its collar and sleeve cuffs.
Madagascar’s 21/22 Macron third kit is predominantly white with red and green contrasting.
The new kits were created by the Macron design team in collaboration with the Malgasy designer Rado, the Madagascar’s football federation, national team manager Nicolas Dupuis and his players. This ensured that the color, crest, symbolism and history of the AFCON 2019 quarter-finalists are included on the shirts.
