Italian Serie A title contenders Inter Milan have released the 2021 edition of their Chinese New Year kit.
The shirt is an updated version of I Nerazzurri’s (The Black and Blues) Nike home jersey. It features player name printings in Chinese. A specially designed Year of the Ox logo is applied to the shirt’s left sleeve. The graphic combines an ox, the Inter Milan crest and the Hóngbāo (red envelope gifted as a blessing of good fortune in Chinese culture).
Inter Milan currently has deep ties to China with Nanjing-based Suning Holdings Group possessing a 68.55% stake in the club. Hong Kong-based LionRock Capital owns 31.05% of the three-time European champions.
