Record eight-time Japanese J1 League champions Kashima Antlers have revealed their 2021 Nike home and away kits.
The Antlers new home uniform uses the club’s traditional “Deep Red” to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of its founding on October 1, 1991. The strip is Kashima Antler’s first all red kit in a decade.
The kit’s design uses a novel front graphic that represents the moment when the deer horns or swords meet to form an “X”. Surrounding dots are arranged so that the “X” stands out and to create a sense of dynamism. Dark navy is used for the jersey’s v-neck, side stripes and sleeve cuffs.
“Victory White” is used for the base color of the Kashima Antlers 2021 Nike away kit. The shirt’s design is inspired by the 2016 Antlers alternate uniform worn when the team won the J1 League and Emperor’s Cup double and were runners-up to Real Madrid at the FIFA Club World Cup.
