Nike Brasil has released the home and away kits that will be worn by the highly-rated Brazilian women’s national soccer team during the 2020/21 calendar. Both strips made their on the pitch debuts during a pair of friendly wins against Ecuador.
The designs of the Brazil women’s 20/21 home and away jerseys are bespoke and different from those used for the recently launched shirts that are now being worn by the country’s men’s national teams.
The home kit is in the iconic canary yellow base of Brazil. The jersey has a green overlapping v-neck with matching sleeve cuffs. A green and blue vertical strip runs along the the upper back. Green flashes accent the side waistline areas of the shirt.
The Brazil women’s 202/21 Nike away kit uses the same Nike template as the primary jersey. It sticks to Brazilian soccer’s tradition of alternate blue with yellow details. The shirt’s highlight is an intricate geometric pattern across most of its front and back. The tonal design fades to blue towards the waistline.
Both kits feature a circular print on the inside neckline with the text “MULHERES GUERRIRAAS DO BRASIL” (Warrior Women of Brazil). A series of stars representing Brazil’s major cities appears within the circle that the text surrounds.
