Club América 2020/21 Nike Home Jersey

Liga MX powerhouse Club América dropped their 2020/21 Nike home jersey on Tuesday. The latest Las Águilas (The Eagles) primary shirt will make its debut when the club kicks off its Apertura 2020 season at Pachuca on July 27^th.

With nods to the “Águilas del América” and a traditional uniform aesthetic that made history during Club América’s decade of glory (the 1980s), inspirational characteristics abound in the club’s 2020/21 home kit.

The Club América 20/21 home jersey design features a vivid blue color and the iconic inverted triangle on the chest, closed by three ascending lines of blue, red and yellow.

Nike says that the look captures the mystique, passion and greatness of the club. The neckline has a blue V-neck finish while the inner back features the phrase “El más grande” (The Biggest) in blue.

“I love this kit. It is such an honor to wear the club emblem, I feel proud,” says midfielder Jennifer Muñoz. Defender Bruno Valdez adds, “The new home kit has a very classic design.”
