Fortuna Düsseldorf 125th Anniversary Kit

Back in training for May’s German Bundesliga resumption, Fortuna Düsseldorf today launched their 125th Anniversary kit.

The new jersey is a boxed, limited edition piece provided by Fortuna’s longtime outfitted uhlsport.

The Fortuna Düsseldorf 125th Anniversary is completely white except for two red decorative seams on the collar. The front has a cotton look and feel inspired by old soccer jerseys.

One of the first Fortuna Düsseldorf ‘s first crests is used ont he jersey. It has a gymnast’s cross made up of four letter Fs. They represent the club’s founding values of “frisch, fromm, fröhlich, frei” (fresh, pious, happy, free).

The city of Düsseldorf ‘s Bergisch lion alonf with”Fortuna 1895″ text also appear on the embroidered badge. A print with the years 1895 and 2020 and the F95 logo is applied on the lower front right. “F95” is embroidered on the back of the outside neck area. “125 JAHRE” and “F95” are repeated in gold on the shirt’s inner neckline taping.

Fortuna Düsseldorf are currently in sixteeth position in the 2019/20 Bundesliga table.
