Union Berlin 2019/20 Macron Kits

1. FC Union Berlin are in the German Bundesliga for the first time in their fifty-three year history after winning promotion via the 2. Bundesliga playoffs at the end of the 2018/19 season.

Die Eisernen (The Iron Ones) are outfitted by Macron for the fifth season in a row for their 2019/20 campaign. They team’s match collection features three kits using bespoke designs from the Italian sportswear firm.

The Union Berlin 2019/20 home kit is in the team’s primary red with white accents at its collar, sleeve and sides. The away shirt is predominantly white with red details. 

Union Berlin’s 19/20 Macron third jersey is the most modern of the range. It is dark blue with lime green at its sleeve cuffs and rear collar. A pattern made up of triangles with diagonal lines in them appears on the front of the shirt.

‘U.N.V.E.U’ is printed on the back collar of all three kits. The letters represent the name of Union Berlin’s chant ‘Und Niemals Vergessen Eisern Union!’ (Never Forget Eisern Union). Eisern Union is another of the club’s nicknames.
