Republic of Ireland 2019/20 New Balance Away Kit

New Balance Football has unveiled the Republic of Ireland 2019/20 away kit. It will be worn by all of the Football Association of Ireland’s men’s and women’s national team over the next year.

The Ireland 19/20 away shirt uses the usual white based of the country’s alternate jerseys. However, the presence of the green and orange of the nation’s flag is small compared to recent years.

Green only appears on the collar trim, as sleeve cuff flashes, for the New Balance chest logo, and for the print of “Éire” on the signoff area.

The kit uses a bespoke rounded neck design from New Balance Football with stitching across the upper chest and onto the sleeves. A single stitch also runs vertically below the neckline.

Made up mainly of players plying their trade in the English Premier League and EFL Championship, the Ireland senior men’s national team returns to action on September 5th in a EURO 2020 qualifier against Switzerland.
