Cruzeiro 2019 Umbro Home Kit

Defending Copa do Brasil champions Cruzeiro Esporte Clube debuted their 2019 Umbro home kit during Thursday night’s Copa Libertadores clash with Huracán.

The new Raposa (Fox) primary jersey is in the team’s familiar blue with white details. It uses two types of performance fabric with that on the back perforated for ventilation.

Embossed stars representing the Cruzeiro do Sul (Southern Cross) that appears at the center of the club’s crest add a clever detail to the chest and sleeves areas.

The badge used by the team when it was named Palestra Itália (from 1921 to 1942) is printed on the lower right front. A fox inspired by Cruzeiro’s nickname appears at the bottom of the classic crest.

The animal is also part of a stylized Umbro diamond on the outside upper back of the shirt.

The Cruziero 2019 Umbro home kit will be available in ATLETA (authentic / player issue) and CLASSIC (fan replica) versions.
