Kappa has launched a Real Betis Balompié retro collection inspired by the gear that the Spanish La Liga club wore in the mid to late 1990s.
Betis return to Kappa after a six year stint with other brands. The Los Verdiblancos (The Green-and-Whites) were outfitted by the Italian company from 1995 to 2009.
Real Betis’ 2018/19 retro kit are light green and white. Both use a look reminiscent of Kappa’s football shirts of over three decades ago thanks to their polo collars, v-neck inserts and sleeve taping. Pinstripes on their fronts and back add an additional throwback feel to the jerseys.
The club’s name is screenprinted on the neck inserts a specially designed script fo additional detail.
Sixth-placed finishers in La Liga last season, Real Betis are currently in fifteenth place in Spain’s top division of soccer.
