New Balance has revealed the Republic of Ireland’s away shirt for the Boys and Girls in Green 2018/19 international football seaosn. The kit has been unveiled as part of the 2018/19 kit campaign “Undeniable Passion”, which reflects what it means to be a fan of the team. The kit will be worn by the men’s senior team for the first time in the UEFA Nations League, where they will face Wales and Denmark.
The new Irish alternate kit has been engineered using innovative NB DRY technology. The shirt wicks moisture away from the skin to help keep players fresh and dry from first to final whistle. The 2018/19 away kit incorporates a clean White and Green design.
The jersey also features Éire, written across the back of the shirt as well as top shoulder bonded tape, Pristweld crest and a neat buttoned polo rib collar.
Green shorts complete the look, featuring a concealed stretch fabric insert which also runs down the side of the shirt. The hooped socks feature an elasticated ankle zone and rib Achilles region with cushioned protection.
An additional cushioned heel zone and vented cushioned footbed and toe section have been designed to help players play with power, comfort and extra support.
The goalkeeper kit has been engineered in line with the outfield players’ jerseys and is a bold Maldives Blue with Black pattered sleeves and Black heat transfer logo and crest. The kit is completed with Maldives Blue shorts and socks, with a Black cuff to the lower sock.
