Sporting Kansas City 2018 adidas Retro Jersey

Sporting Kansas City will wear a limited edition 1990s-inspired adidas jersey when they celebrate their 2018 Retro Night during Sunday’s MLS meeting with Columbus Crew.

The one-off kit is based on the white away shirts worn by the then Kansas City Wiz during the early days of Major League Soccer in the late nineties. It uses a new adidas soccer jersey design for 2018 with a white base, sky blue collar and side stripes.

The rainbow-colored sleeves of classic Kansas City Wiz 1996 to 1998 kit highlight the retro look. A print reading “OH WHEN THE WIZ” appears in the jock tag area. A Kansas City Wizards 1990s to 2000s crest is used in place of the current Sporting KC badge.
