Chivas de Guadalajara 2017/18 PUMA Home and Away Jerseys

Defending Liga MX champions Chivas de Guadalajara return to competitive action tonight when they meet former European-bases stars André-Pierre Gignac and Enner Valencia in the Campeón de Campeones (Champion of Champions) match in Carson, CA.

El Rebaño Sagrado (The Sacred Herd) are expected to don their newly launched 2017/18 home jersey for the match. Provided by Chivas technical sponsor PUMA México, the shirt features the popular club’s famous red and white vertical stripes.

The Chivas 17/18 primary kit uses a new v-neck design from PUMA. The firm’s new Ascenion stripes appear on its mainly white sleeves in dark blue. Navy blue is also used for the jersey’s sleeve cuffs, part of its collar and PUMA branding.

The new home shirt is joined Chivas’ 2017/18 match range by an away kit released as part of PUMA’s STEP OUT  jersey launch event last week.

The kit is mainly black with purple sleeves that have a tonal Aztec-inspired print that is also on the red stripes of the new home shirt. It uses PUMA’s popular new Henley-collared kit design that came out at the beginning of the year.
