Eintracht Frankfurt will wear a special edition kit from technical sponsor Nike in the final of the 2016/17 DFB-Pokal (German Cup) at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on May 27th.
Die Adler (The Eagles) will depart from the black are white striped home kit that they have been wearing over the course of the season in favor of a mainly white shirt with black detailing. The jersey is matched with black shorts and white socks for a look that is reminiscent of classic German national team uniforms.
The Eintracht Frankfurt 2017 DFB-Pokal Final kit uses the v-necked Nike Striker IV shirt design. The collar shoulder stripes and sleeve cuffs of the jersey are black. The year in which Eintracht Frankfurt won their current tally of four DFB-Pokal titles (1974, 1975, 1981, 1988) are printed on the outside of the back collar area.
Set for a mid-table finish to the 16/17 German Bundesliga, Eintracht will meet favored Borussia Dortmund in the cup final.
