Vietnam 2016/17 Grand Sport Home and Away Kits

The Vitenam national football team’s 2016/17 home and away kits were released ahead of this weekend’s kickoff to the 2016 AFF Suzuki Cup. They are furnished by Vietnam Football Federation technical partner Grand Sport.

The 2008 AFF Championship winners debuted their 16/17 away kit during Sunday’s 2-1 win over Suzuki Cup co-hosts Myanmar in Yangon. The new Vietnamese alternate jersey is a mainly white crewneck affair with a subtle tonal sash on its front. Red detailing appears on the upper flanks of the jersey.

The Vietnam 2016/17 home kit uses a bespoke design from Thailand’s Grand Sport. In the traditional red of Vietnam’s national team, the shirt has a classy Mandarin collar. A series of tonal chevrons run along the front of the jersey. A touch of yellow appears on the kit through a series of hash marks on its upper, front sides.
