Blackburn Rovers 2016/17 Umbro Home and Away Kits

One-time Premier League champions (1995), Blackburn Rovers Football Club have re-signed with Umbro after three years with Nike.

As Rovers prepare for their Football League Championship opening fixture against relegated Norwich City on Saturday, they have released their 2016/17 home and away kits.

The Blackburn 2016/17 Umbro home jersey is in the club’s famous blue and white halves with a classic v-neck collar. The sleeve cuffs and collar feature the red and blue of the team’s crest. The shirt is matched with white shorts and predominantly blue socks.

Blackburn’s 16/17 away kit is mainly dark blue with a classy sash in the club’s primary blue and white on its upper left chest. It has a ribbed crewneck collar and is accompanied by navy blue shorts and socks.

Both jerseys have “ROVERS F.C.” printed on their inside neck areas in a nod to the latter part of their name. The coordinates of Blackburn’s Ewood Park appear below the graphic and above an Umbro diamond.
