AS Monaco 2016/17 Nike Home Kit

Nike France today revealed the AS Monaco 2016/17 home kit that will be worn by Les Rouges et Blancs (The Red and Whites) during their upcoming Ligue 1, domestic cup and European seasons.

The AS Monaco 16/17 Nike home shirt updates its red and white diagonal halves with a tonal gradient print, which connects the design to the principality’s motor racing heritage (Monaco has hosted one of the world’s most-famous Formula One Grand Prix races on its tight and narrow streets since 1929.) As an ode to club pride, the modern v-neck collar has a red band on the back, and “AS Monaco” knitted on the back.

The sides of the kit feature a red stripe that runs the length of the shirt and white shorts. Expanding when the player is in motion, the stripe maximizes ventilation. Red socks, with a darker red linear graphic on the calf, showcase the club’s traditonal secondary color and accentuate speed.

The AS Monaco 2016/17 home jersey will be available at World Soccer Shop, Kitbag, UK Soccer Shop , Subside Sports and Lovell Soccer.
