Croatia EURO 2016 Nike Home and Away Kits

Nike and the Hrvatski nogometni savez (HNS) today unveiled the Croatia EURO 2016 home and away kits. Both will be available at World Soccer Shop, Subside Sports, Kitbag, Lovell Soccer and UK Soccer Shop.

Available in the lead up to this summer’s European Football Championship in France, the new “Vatreni” (Blazers) shirts introduce a new spin on the traditional checkerboard design on Croatia’s soccer jerseys by incorporating a wave effect into them. This is inspired by the Croatian flag waving in the wind.

The Croatia EURO 2016 home and away shirts use a new modern v-neck design from Nike that uses their new AeroSwift performance fabric technology.

The red and white home shirt features blue ventilated stripes on the insides of the sleeves extend to the flanks of the new jersey and spread when players are in motion to provide ventilation and breathability.

The text “Hrvatska” (Croatia) is printed on the upper back of the kit to symbolize the pride with which all of the national team members feel when they take the pitch.White shorts with blue stripes on their sides and red and white checkered socks complete the Croatia 2016/17 home uniform.

The Croatia EURO 2016 away jersey is all blue with a tonal checkered effect. It is matched with blue shorts and socks.

Croatia will debut their new home kit during their March 23rd friendly with Israel in Osijek. The 16/17 away kit should see action when the Croats travel to Budapest for a meeting with Hungary three days later.
