Umbro Japan have introduced the 2016 home and away kits of two-time J1 League champions Gamba Osaka.
The new Gamba kits uses a bespoke design featuring a modern v-neck with a contrasting insert. The home shirt is in Gamba Osaka’s traditional blue and black stripes. It is matched with mainly black shorts and socks.
The Panasonic Corporation owned club will wear a predominantly white away jersey. Pinstripes and flashes on its shoulder, color and flanks in a light shade of blue adds detail to the kit. The alternate uniform is completed by blue shorts and white socks.
Gamba Osaka pays tribute to its new Suita City Football Stadium via a subtle print of the facility on the entire front and back of their 2016 home jersey.
Last J1 champions in 2014, Gamba Osaka had a very successful 2015 season with a third place league finish, an Emperor’s Cup title and a run to the semi-finals of the AFC Champions League.
