2015/16 Kits

AS Saint-Étienne “Pray for Paris” le coq sportif Jersey

Ten-time French Ligue 1 champions paid tribute to the victims of the month’s Paris terror attacks by wearing a specially designed version of their 2015/16 le coq sportif home kit from their meeting with Olympique Marseille last weekend.

Les Verts (The Greens) worked with all of the companies sponsoring their kits (Eovi Mcd Mutuelle, le Département de la Loire, BewellConnect, Markal, Piscines Desjoyaux and Investing Area) to wear an unsponsored version of their primary shirt. The now well-known Pray for Paris symbol by artist Jean Jullien appeared on the front of the jersey as a symbol of solidarity and fraternity.

ASSE returned to the European version of their usual home kit (bearing only their main sponsor logo) for Thursday’s Europa League draw with Rosenborg. The club will return to their Ligue 1 home jersey when they host Guingamp on Sunday.
