PSG Pay Tribute to Terror Victims with ‘Je suis Paris’ Kits

French Ligue 1 table toppers Paris Saint-Germain Football Club will play their next three matches in kits bearing the motto ‘Je suis Paris’ under their crests. The move is in tribute to the victims of last Friday’s terror attacks in the French capital.

French for “I am Paris”, the phrase will appear on Paris Saint-Germain’s jerseys when they travel to Lorient on Saturday for Ligue 1 action and to Malmö for a UEFA Champions League meeting next Wednesday. PSG’s last match in the kit will take place when they host Troyes at the Parc des Princes on November 27.

The Paris Saint-Germain senior women’s team was the first to don the tribute kit when they wore it for their UEFA Women’s Champions League draw with Orebro on Wednesday.
