Uruguay 2015 Copa América PUMA Home Jersey

Uruguay debuted their 2015 Copa América PUMA home kit during Saturday’s 1-0 win over Caribbean Cup winners Jamaica.

The famous sky blue shirt is the same as that used by La Celeste (The Sky Blue One) at the 2014 FIFA World Cup. It has been altered through the addition of a golden COMNEBOL (Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol) champions crest on the mid-breast area of the jersey. It is in recognition of Uruguay’s triumph at the 2011 edition of Copa America.The 2015 Copa America patch appears on the left sleeve of the shirt.

Uruguay face Lionel Messi and Argentina on Tuesday in the second match of this year’s South American championship.
