2015/16 Kits

Wolverhampton Wanderers FC 2015/16 PUMA Home Kit

Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club launched their 2015/16 PUMA home kit at their annual End of Season Dinner on Wednesday evening. The shirt is the first from the Wolves to feature the logo of new shirt sponsor Silverbug.

The Wolverhampton 2015/16 home shirt (available soon at the UK Soccer Shop Championship store) uses a variant of the new Pitch jersey design from PUMA. However, the latest Wolves primary shirt has a lower and wider v-neck than other kits using the template.

This may be inspired by the club’s kits of the very successful 1970s when they were a fixture in England’s top-tier of soccer and won two League Cups.

Back in the Football League Championship after a tumultuous period that saw them relegated from the Premier League and then to League One, Wolverhampton finished the 2014/15 in seventh place in the standings. They missed the promotion playoffs on goal difference.
