English second tier side Middlesbrough Football Club launched their third kit for the remainder of the 2014/15 season ahead of Saturday’s 2-0 FA Cup win over Manchester City FC.
The predominantly white shirt will be worn for upcoming Football League Championship away matches at Brentford and Bournemouth because of kit clashes with the Boro 14/15 home and away uniforms.
Middlesbrough FC’s 2014/15 adidas away jersey features a classic ribbed v-neck collar in red with matching sleeve cuffs. It uses the adidas Tabela 14 kit template that has been worn by many of the German firm’s clubs and national teams during the ongoing kit cycle. It is expected to be on sale at at UK Soccer Shop and Subside Sports before the end of the season.
