The Basque Country national football team will play its only match of the year on December 28th against Catalunya at San Mamés. In preparation for the meeting of Spanish regional powers, the Euskadiko Futbol Federakundea and sportswear firm Astore has released the Basque (or Euskal Selekzioa) 2015 home kit.
The new kit was modeled by players from the Spanish La Liga teams based in the Basque Country autonomous community. Athletic Bilbao was represented by Mikel Rico and Eli Ibarra, Real Sociedad by Maialen Zelaia and Eibar by Eneko Bóveda, Dani García and Laura Prieto.
The uniform is in the customary green, white and red of the Basque flag. The match shirt uses two tones of green with red and white in its modern collar. White shorts and red socks complete the strip. It is accompanied by a leisure range from Astore.
