Nike Cachaña – The 2015 Copa America Match Ball

Chile international and Juventus midfielder led this past weekend’s presentation of the official match ball of the 2015 Copa America tournament – the Nike Cachaña.

Named after a Chilean parrot and the soccer technique of fast, short ball movements intended to maintain ball possession that the Chile national team is known for, the ball is a specially designed version of Nike’s Ordem II.

The colors of the graphics on the ball are the national colors of Copa America host Chile. They are based on the street art that is prevalent in the country’s capital city Santiago.
